All of our staff are highly trained and dedicated individuals, they are not robots reading answers from scripts, they are real people, all cruisers themselves who understand the needs of today's traveler.

We have very few customers that have only booked one cruise with us, which we put down to the fact that we always treat our customers as individuals, as cruisers, and eventually as friends.

when negotiating commercial terms with the cruise lines we feature, we are classed as "preferred partners" allowing us to be one step ahead of our competitors.
Although we believe that our personal one to one service is vital, we also appreciate the need to be competitive in today's economic climate, a balance which we feel we have managed to get right.

Cruise Circle has it's own ABTA number - K0086 meaning that we abide by ABTA’

s code of conduct.

For fly cruise bookings where we put together a bespoke tailor made cruise package ourselves for you we are also ATOL bonded (ATOL 6042) via the CAA (Civil Aviation Authority) which provides full financial protection for our fly cruise packages sold by us.
