Fugloya (also Fugloy) Island is located off the northern coast of Norway, 50 miles northeast of Tromso. Each year Fugloy hosts nearly 200,000 Atlantic puffins that make the island their annual breeding ground. Also keep a lookout for white-tailed and golden eagles, Northern fulmars, and thick-billed murres. In the water look for Orca, sperm, and minke whales.
